Marketing & Branding

Prior to the company’s acquisition, I led an incredible marketing team that helped increase company revenue from $6 million to $10 million in two years. I introduced product videos into the sales process to increase close rates, and managed the creation of all marketing collateral and sales support materials. I used guerrilla event strategies to successfully steal attention from larger competitors. In addition to overseeing all advertising, social media, and PR, I led the overhaul of the brand’s visual identity, and created two new brands for other verticals.

Product Management

In collaboration with the marketing team, I planned the product roadmap and release schedule, and directed the work of the software team using agile development methodologies. I deployed custom development projects, coordinating the partnership to include needs analysis, prototyping, acceptance testing and customer sign off.

Account Management

Maintained a 98% customer retention rate, the highest in the company, while managing 27% of the company’s revenue. Used research, data gathering, analysis, and strong interpersonal skills to uncover customer needs and create proposals, leading them to seek product upgrades. Helped to increase branch revenues 67% over previous year, working efficiently to increase net profit 151%.

Business Development & Project Management

On assignment from the CEO, I created the Project Manager position. I was asked to take control of the company’s largest account, which went from being highly unsatisfied to renewing at highest service level. I created the processes for project tracking, change control, issue resolution and project success criteria/customer sign off. I recruited and mentored all company project managers while successfully managing my own project portfolio.

Human Resources

Recruited, interviewed, and hired 1200+ employees in compliance with EEOC, ADA and USISC standards. Processed 10,000 payroll hours each month, successfully managed worker’s compensation claims to reduce payout costs.
